Formerly a Caregiver and then Lead Caregiver in the Salem branch, we are thrilled to celebrate his well-deserved promotion. What sets Drew apart? With his dedication to caregiving, he possesses a unique blend of interests—talking, building, and fixing things, indulging in frequent fishing adventures, and an astounding love for animals, boasting a collection of 35 pets, including snakes, tarantulas, dogs, cats, and ferrets.

However, the emotional toll of losing the client led him to a brief detour into bartending. The pivotal turning point came during the challenges of COVID-19, bringing Drew back to caregiving. His resilience and commitment shone through as he recounted spending six months with a client who hadn’t taken a shower in three years, only bed baths. Drew, along with the client’s wife, facilitated a transformative moment, prompting the client to vocally express gratitude, who never really spoken before. This experience fueled Drew’s motivation to better himself and delve deeper into the caregiving industry.
