Family Resource Home Care is dedicated to providing the day-to-day support people need, where they feel most comfortable, while constantly asking ourselves how we can serve people better.
We believe care is not a service you provide, but a connection you feel. This view drives our commitment to supporting best practices, honest communication, and experienced caregivers who genuinely care.

Our Leadership Team
Hector G. Barragan
Chief Executive Officer
Hector joined Family Resource in September 2022 as Chief Operating Officer. With over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare, transportation, and insurance services, he was named Chief Executive Officer for Family Resource in January 2024. He has an extensive background in operations and organizational development. Prior to Family Resource, Hector served as Chief Operating Officer for NextCare, a private equity backed, low-cost, high access health care provider. NextCare’s annual award for leadership/mentorship is named in his honor. Hector currently resides in Phoenix with his wife and four children with plans to relocate to Pacific Northwest.
Nicholas Schneider
Chief Financial Officer
Nicholas (Nick) joined FRHC in June of 2022. He has an extensive background in finance and accounting in the healthcare industry with 21 years in the Respiratory/DME space and 5 years in the Diagnostic testing/Pathology space. He has served in executive management roles for both public and privately-owned companies. Most recently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for American Pathology Partners. Nicholas is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and holds his CPA certification. Nick resides in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and is excited to be part of the FRHC team.
Greg Fredericks
Chief Human Resource Officer
Greg joined FRHC in March of 2022. He has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources and has held senior HR leadership roles in a variety of industries including high technology, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, and retail. Greg has experience leading Human Resources in over 20 countries. He resides in Portland, OR.
Sasha Weiler
Chief Growth Officer
With 20 years of experience in the marketing and public relations field, Sasha joined Family Resource Home Care in 2019. She’s passionate about improving the lives of others through her work and believes home care is an essential component in helping people maintain their best health and independence. Sasha is a fifth-generation Washingtonian and a graduate of Duke University, where she double majored in Art History and Public Policy. She lives in Spokane with her husband and two young sons. They enjoy boating, hiking, sports, and the arts.
