Her goal is clear: “I love making people’s lives better at home.”

Kaili stresses the importance of trying home care without pressure. “Clients should know it’s not a contract and they can try us for a couple visits, and usually, that’s all it takes to win them over.” She empathizes with families feeling burnt out, describing caregiving as introducing “a wonderful new friend.” For caregivers, Kaili reminds them that “there is no perfect caregiver; this role is about helping clients live their best lives at home, and it’s not just clocking in and out.” She encourages ongoing training and views caregivers as the eyes and heart of the company.
