At long last, the COVID-19 vaccine is currently being administered to the public. Due to limited supply, however, it is being distributed in phases. The vaccine, which is administered in two doses, is first being given to high-risk populations, healthcare frontline workers, and essential workers. Eligibility for the vaccine varies depending on what state and, in many cases, what county you live in. In Washington State and Idaho, the first phase of eligibility includes in-home caregivers.
