“Thank you so much for the service your agency provides. Because of your support my father was able to stay in his home longer than he would have been able to otherwise.”

Helping Older Adults Stay at Home Independently

When senior adults can’t manage on their own anymore, family members are often the first to help with care at home. Even when providing care and help is a positive and rewarding experience, caring for an aging family member can easily become overwhelming.

It’s often not an easy decision to start home care services. An in-home consultation and assessment by Family Resource Home Care can help you decide. Families must weigh many factors, including the physical and mental health of the older adult, available family and community support, financial resources, and the desire to remain independent at home.

Service with Commitment and Kindness

What help do you need? How can we make your life better?

Family Resource Home Care provides a continuum of services to help our clients live at home independently. These include:

Non-Medical Assistance/Private Duty Home Care Services

  • Assistance with personal hygiene including bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming
  • Mobility, exercise, and transferring assistance
  • Assistance with medications
  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Errands, shopping, and transportation
  • Companionship and respite for families
  • Light housekeeping, including laundry and linen changes

Nurse Delegation/Home Care

  • With nurse delegation, your caregiver is trained and supervised by a registered nurse (RN) to perform some medical tasks beyond simple medication assistance.

Skilled Nursing

  • Let us help you assess your situation and decide what services are best for you.

The home care services you require now may change over time. We are responsive to your changing needs. Want changes in the tasks we perform, or the time that we come? No problem. Caregivers are available for as little as 2 hours once a week – up to continuous 24/7 care and an on-call supervisor is available 24 hours a day.

Good communication and trust are important. We communicate regularly with clients and caregivers to make sure information is shared in an accurate and timely manner.

How can we help? Call us and talk to our Client Care Supervisors about your situation. We can often start the very next day. Call to schedule an in-home consultation or click on Contact Family Resource Home Care to start the process now.

We’re here to help.
