First, give us a call. We always have a Client Care Supervisor in the office during normal business hours and on Saturday. We will be able to assess your situation and give you a straightforward answer.

Your free consultation and home care/health care needs assessment most often takes place where it counts – in the home where care is needed. That's the best place for us to evaluate your needs and answer everyone's questions. You may be surprised at the ones we ask, like “What do you like for breakfast? What activities do you enjoy? Do you prefer a bath, or shower?" The details are important to develop a complete care plan and make the best match between your family and one of our skilled caregivers.

The information we have gathered will be used to write a care plan. The care plan – the guide your caregiver will follow – details the daily or weekly tasks to be accomplished.

When a caregiver is assigned to your family, she/he is trained to your specific situation outlined in the care plan. We then provide regular and frequent supervision.

We can perform the home care or home health care needs assessment in a skilled nursing facility or hospital setting if need be.
