Laura Henrichs
Client Care Supervisor, Bellevue Branch Manager
What I Do
I see my role as offering peace of mind, not only to the client, but to their family as well. I want them to know they can count on me always to go the distance for them and to ensure their decision to trust Family Resource Home Care with their care needs was the right choice. Each of us personalizes the care each client receives, understanding that no two clients are the same. We respect each family’s values, working with them to ensure superior service.
We treat each client’s care needs as though they were a member of our own family, and keep in the forefront of our minds how we would want each situation handled if it were happening to a member of our family.
Why Home Care
My involvement began in 1990 working in Early Childhood Development; by 1998 I took a position supervising a preschool program. I transitioned to Family Resource Home Care in 2000. My years of working with families from diverse cultures made the transition a snap.
My Favorite Client Story
I was sitting in our client’s living room, listening to her share her stories of travel. Our client was a former airline stewardess for a major airline. As she reminisced, I envisioned her in her tailored uniform, strolling the isles, offering passengers tokens of comfort. Pride lofted through her tales as she shared how she was chosen to be a stewardess for the first flight her airline offered to the Orient.
